At Buy Flower Box, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every flower, cake, chocolate, and gift is delivered in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

We accept refund or return requests for the following situations:

  • Product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
  • The order was not delivered to the recipient due to an error on our part.
  • Perishable products (flowers, cakes, chocolates) arrived in poor condition.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims must be made within 1 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after order placement.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.
  • Delay in delivery due to uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather or traffic disruptions.

3. Return Conditions

  • Flowers, cakes, and chocolates cannot be returned due to hygiene and freshness concerns.
  • Add-on gifts (like plush toys, balloons, vases, etc.) may be returned only if they are unused, in original packaging, and damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), a credit voucher may be issued for future use.

6. Replacement Policy

In cases where a replacement is more suitable (e.g., damaged flowers or incorrect items), we will gladly arrange for a new delivery at no extra cost.
