  • Same-Day Delivery (UAE only):
    Orders placed before 8 PM UAE time are eligible for same-day delivery.
    Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Next-Day Delivery (Saudi Arabia & Kuwait):
    Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Time Slot Delivery:
    We offer flexible time slots for UAE deliveries. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, deliveries may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

  • UAE: Free delivery in major cities (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi). A small delivery fee may apply for remote areas.

  • Flowers: Arranged fresh on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
  • Cakes & Chocolates: Delivered in insulated packaging to maintain quality.
  • Addon Gifts: Packaged securely and delivered alongside your main gift.
